What you'll do

  • Provide estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid/special needs planning, and business formation services.
  • Review pre-collected intake documents and conduct thorough client meetings.
  • Deliver practical, personalized legal strategies supported by a dedicated back-office team.

What they require

  • Active Virginia bar license in good standing.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
  • 3+ years of estate planning experience, including Medicaid asset protection.
  • Comfortable managing legal matters independently and conducting virtual client consultations.
  • Preferred: Multi-state bar licensure preferred.
  • Preferred: Tax planning, business formation, and special needs planning experience are a plus.
  • Preferred: Experience handling sensitive family or Medicaid planning conversations with clients is a plus.
  • Preferred: Experience advising small-business owners on formation matters is a plus.
  • Preferred: An LL.M. in estate planning or tax is a plus.
