What you'll do

  • Deliver technical solutions for Unit4 ERP implementation, migration, and optimisation projects
  • Analyse requirements with functional consultants and customer stakeholders
  • Build integrations, extensions, reports, and customisations using APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and low-code tools
  • Run data migration activities, including analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and issue resolution
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate development, documentation, analysis, and testing
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, support testing, and produce clear documentation and handover material
  • Provide ad-hoc consultancy to existing customers
  • Feed improvement ideas and customer feedback back to product and internal teams

What they require

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting, ERP, integration, migration, or customer-facing technical role
  • Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and both pro-code and low-code development
  • Practical, daily experience using AI tools in technical work
  • Experience with data migration, mapping, and validation
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate requirements into solutions
  • A structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
  • A team-player mindset and willingness to keep learning
  • Preferred: Experience working in international project teams
  • Preferred: Additional European languages
  • This role may require security clearance required for customer projects and access to sensitive (customer) data
