What you'll do
- Training the user community on Epic applications
- Serving as the expert on Epic clinical applications and associated ProMedica clinical or operational workflows
- Building, testing and maintaining the training technical environment
- Creating and maintaining high-quality training materials
- Coordinating super users training for the application
What they require
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum two years Epic experience
- Must achieve certified status within 90 days of hire within designated Epic Cupid and Radiant
- Bachelor’s degree in education, information technology, business, or related field
- Knowledge of health care operations
- Minimum two years’ experience in the role of an educator in industry and/or academic settings
