What you'll do

  • Training the user community on Epic applications
  • Serving as the expert on Epic clinical applications and associated ProMedica clinical or operational workflows
  • Building, testing and maintaining the training technical environment
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality training materials
  • Coordinating super users training for the application

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years Epic experience
  • Must achieve certified status within 90 days of hire within designated Epic Cupid and Radiant
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, information technology, business, or related field
  • Knowledge of health care operations
  • Minimum two years’ experience in the role of an educator in industry and/or academic settings
