Requirements
You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role
Certifications and Technical Experience
Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification required Epic Security certification or hands-on Security experience strongly preferred Epic Kaleidoscope certification or hands-on Kaleidoscope experience strongly preferred Experience supporting outpatient rehabilitation workflows preferred Experience with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred Experience designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic functionality Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Professional Skills
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives Ability to translate complex clinical or operational requests into practical technical solutions
