What you'll do

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Account Directors focused on large enterprise banking institutions across North America.
  • Create a coaching culture with deal reviews, account strategy sessions, ride-alongs, and structured 1:1s.
  • Define and refine GTM strategy for banking, including account prioritization, executive engagement, and territory planning.
  • Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and operational rigor across enterprise sales motions.
  • Guide teams through consultative, multi-stakeholder opportunities involving technology, security, compliance, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Help customers translate AI and API capabilities into business outcomes across banking use cases.
  • Lead teams selling into highly regulated environments with banking-specific risk, governance, and data security considerations.
  • Partner with Product, Solutions Architecture, Technical Success, Legal, Security, and Finance to deploy AI at enterprise scale.
  • Provide feedback to Product and leadership on banking customer requirements, competitive dynamics, industry trends, and feature gaps.
  • Partner with Marketing on industry events, executive engagement strategies, and campaigns.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, operational excellence, customer obsession, and collaboration.

What they require

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales, GTM, or sales leadership experience, with significant experience leading teams selling into large banking or financial services organizations.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales teams focused on large banking or financial services customers.
  • Proven track record building and scaling enterprise sales teams responsible for complex strategic accounts and large revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the banking landscape and how large financial institutions evaluate and adopt emerging technologies in regulated environments.
  • Experience leading consultative, multi-product, or platform-based sales motions involving executive stakeholders and technical buyers.
  • Strong operational rigor managing forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, and performance management at scale.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while maintaining focus and execution discipline.
  • Strong executive presence with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Innovation, Digital Transformation leaders, and business executives.
  • Low-ego, culture-first leadership style with talent development and high-performing team building.
  • Public company experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulated enterprise selling and navigating compliance, security, legal, and procurement processes.
  • Track record building new GTM motions and helping organizations scale beyond early-stage adoption.
  • Technical fluency across APIs, platform technologies, AI/ML concepts, and enterprise software architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach senior enterprise sellers through complex, multi-threaded opportunities.
