What you'll do

  • Manage the full enterprise B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and first meeting through negotiation and close—for multi-location and national self-storage operators.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise new-logo opportunities and expansion through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and partner- or marketing-sourced leads.
  • Run effective discovery to understand operator goals, diagnose challenges across multi-stakeholder organizations, and position Storable's solutions with a consultative, value-based approach.
  • Multi-thread across complex buying organizations, building relationships and consensus with operational stakeholders and executive decision-makers, including the C-suite.
  • Apply MEDDICC (or an adjacent qualification methodology) to qualify opportunities, map champions and economic buyers, and manage complex, multi-threaded sales processes.
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to varied stakeholders, from front-line operators to executive leadership and cross-functional buying groups.
  • Build and execute account and mutual action plans (MAPs) to drive large, strategic deals to close while navigating procurement, legal, and security review processes and negotiating enterprise-level contracts and MSAs.
  • Use Salesforce and AI-powered sales tools to document activities, analyze your territory, personalize outreach, and accurately forecast results across longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to orchestrate deal execution and ensure smooth handoff to post-sales teams.
  • Stay current on industry, competitive, and product trends to act as advisor and represent Storable at industry events and in-person meetings (2-3 times per year).

What they require

  • At least 5 years of experience in SaaS sales with 2 or more of those years in enterprise sales role, managing complex sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of new-logo acquisition and expansion and attainment against revenue targets in enterprise segments.
  • Clear execution of deals at or above $250,000 in annual recurring revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-thread across operational leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with procurement, legal, security reviews, and enterprise contracts/MSAs.
  • Strong account planning, territory management, forecasting discipline, with hands-on Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience.
  • Executive presence and communication skills, with ability to tailor messages and leverage AI tools.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
