ABOUT THE ROLE

ElevenLabs is expanding globally, and some of our largest enterprise opportunities are won through complex procurement processes. As that motion grows, how we choose which opportunities to pursue, how we position ElevenLabs, and how consistently we execute becomes an increasingly important part of our enterprise strategy. We're building the RFP Engine to own this — a new function at the heart of how ElevenLabs competes for its most strategic deals all across the world. It will shape where we compete, how we differentiate, and how we bring sales, product, security, legal, and executive stakeholders together around a winning strategy.

As the founding leader, you'll define how ElevenLabs approaches major enterprise pursuits globally — with meaningful ownership over which opportunities we pursue, leading the strategy behind our most important responses, and building an AI-first engine that gets smarter with every pursuit: the processes, tooling, and intelligence that make the entire organization better at winning. You will lead a small global team on Day One and scale up the team over time.

We think the right leader could come from two paths: a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering background with deep experience driving strategic RFPs, or senior enterprise proposals/bid leadership with genuine technical fluency. Either way, you understand how complex deals are actually won — equally comfortable digging into technical requirements, shaping a differentiated commercial narrative, coordinating senior stakeholders, or presenting in a finalist session — and you have a builder's instinct: when you see work being repeated, you look for a way to systematize or automate it. You're interested not just in winning the pursuit in front of you, but in making ElevenLabs better equipped to win the next hundred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Substantial experience with strategic enterprise RFPs — whether from solutions engineering / pre-sales, or from leading an enterprise proposals or bid function at a technology company.
• A builder's approach to AI and automation: you use AI fluently in your own work, you've shipped internal tooling or workflows (or partnered closely with engineers to do so), and you treat repeated manual effort as a design flaw.
• An exceptional communicator in every direction — credible in front of enterprise customers and evaluators, persuasive on the page, and able to mobilize executives, SMEs, and cross-functional teams against hard deadlines.
• Strong commercial judgment: you can read how a deal will be evaluated, shape win strategy with sales teams, and say no to weak pursuits with clear rationale.
• The ambition to build and lead a global function, not just run a process.

LOCATION

This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere in the United States, with a strong preference for the Eastern timezone. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
