What you'll do

  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to Canonical products and support processes
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision makers across industries
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop and deliver customer engagement plans
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region and identify growth opportunities or renewal risks
  • Run weekly customer and business review processes with cross-functional teams
  • Identify and prioritize blockers and drive resolution through product and engineering teams
  • Serve as an internal customer advocate and influence product roadmaps, websites, documentation, processes, and people
  • Support customers through reactive ticket requests
  • Create campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points and activities

What they require

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience strongly related to IT
  • Exposure to projects related to at least one of Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT
  • Impeccable customer-facing skills with a passion for cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to guide conversations about complex software
  • Experience building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects
  • Ability to interact with all departments and levels internally and externally
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Willing and able to attend in-person company events 2–4 times per year for 1–2 weeks
