What you'll do

  • Own the design and deployment of integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using Workato or similar iPaaS platforms
  • Design integration patterns ensuring data consistency, real-time synchronization, and error handling
  • Define requirements for API connections, understanding REST/SOAP, authentication methods, and webhook architectures
  • Gather requirements for complex Workato recipes including conditional logic, data transformations, error handling, and batch processing
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for all integrations
  • Act as technical product owner for enterprise application initiatives
  • Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, API specifications, and user guides
  • Conduct UAT coordination, develop test plans, manage execution, track defects
  • Build product roadmaps for enterprise applications
  • Create Salesforce product roadmap to support integrations, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and permission sets
  • Manage complex Salesforce data models and ensure data integrity
  • Create Salesforce reports, dashboards, and list views
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators on data governance and security
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards
  • Own data quality for all enterprise application integrations

What they require

  • 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or technical product management roles with heavy integration/systems focus
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using iPaaS platforms
  • Deep Salesforce knowledge including data model, security model, automation tools, custom objects, and API capabilities
  • Strong understanding of API concepts including REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, authentication methods, rate limiting, and error handling
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, transformation, and mapping exercises
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services environments
  • Understanding of revenue operations workflows including lead-to-opportunity, customer onboarding, and renewal processes
