Apply today and help us shape the future of work—together What is the role As an Enterprise Applications & Automation Specialist, you will support and enhance New Era Technology's core business applications while driving AI-powered automation initiatives. This role combines enterprise application administration with hands-on automation development to improve efficiency, data quality, and business processes. The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Enterprise Applications & Automation Specialist. Administer and support ConnectWise, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Workday Adaptive Planning. Manage application configuration, user access, system support, and documentation. Design and build workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive business processes. Develop AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Enterprise IT, Security, Data, and Architecture teams on automation initiatives. Support user training, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement. Work Set-up / Work Schedule Remote 1PM-9PM ET Who we are looking for Successful candidate must possess: 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, PSA, or financial systems. Experience with ConnectWise, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Workday Adaptive Planning. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and AI tools such as Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI. Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Azure AI, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable. Experience in an MSP environment. Familiarity with ITIL or IT Service Management practices.
