What you'll do

  • Serves as the primary asset management advisor for customers with Cisco Enterprise Agreements.
  • Conducts periodic customer reviews to validate asset inventories, usage trends, and alignment with agreement entitlements.
  • Maintains accurate, up-to-date asset records across customer environments and Cisco systems.
  • Partners with Logicalis and Cisco teams to ensure data integrity and alignment to the EA construct.
  • Identifies discrepancies between deployed assets and contracted entitlements and drives resolution.
  • Provides proactive Elastic guidance on how customer growth and infrastructure changes impact EA consumption.
  • Educates customers on Cisco enterprise Growth True Forward (EGTF) mechanics and financial implications.
  • Models and communicates scenario‑based impacts of new hardware purchases and timing considerations.
  • Assists customers with forecasting future EA needs based on growth patterns and planned investments.
  • Acts as a liaison between customers, Cisco, Sales, Licensing Specialists, and Delivery teams.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
  • Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
  • 4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven customer management skills with large and complex accounts.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, develop action plans and lead teams to achieve objectives.
  • Value management, sales skills, and experience driving strategic change.
  • Process development, consulting, or technical services experience.
  • Escalation and issue management with ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco Enterprise Agreements and EGTF mechanics.
  • Experience in IT asset management (ITAM), licensing, or managed services.
  • Ability to translate complex licensing concepts into clear business guidance.
  • Strong financial acumen and forecasting capability.
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel preferred.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
