Looking for someone to run day-to-day delivery for a distributed backend engineering team working on a CRM platform - daily standups, sprint planning, ticket triage, and cross-team coordination across time zones.
What this involves:
\- Facilitating daily standups and sprint ceremonies for the CRM engineering team \- Managing the Jira backlog - ticket triage, assignment, sprint pull-ins \- Reviewing PRs and coordinating code quality initiatives (SonarQube, coverage, reliability) \- Coordinating deployments, change requests, and release timelines \- Investigating CRM data pipeline and integration issues and routing them to the right owner \- Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineers - turning loosely-defined issues into clear, owned, dated tickets \- Reporting engineering health and status to leadership
Tech environment: Go, Java, Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, Snowflake, GCP/Azure, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jira
Requirements:
\- Strong Jira/Agile facilitation experience - comfortable running standups for distributed, cross-time-zone teams \- Enough technical fluency to review code and understand pipeline/infra issues across a mixed stack \- Experience operating with incomplete documentation \- CRM systems background a plus
Compensation: $24,000 - $30,000/year
