What you'll do

  • Own the customer program end-to-end: from contract signature through expansion.
  • Partner with account team to ensure engagements are scoped and executable.
  • Direct the delivery pod (Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams) for customer engagements.
  • Manage capacity, milestones, stakeholder communication, and account health.
  • Lead solutioning conversations connecting Domino's platform to customer outcomes.
  • Drive rollout, enablement, and change management to ensure adoption.
  • Uncover expansion opportunities and route them to customer success and sales.
  • Represent the customer's voice inside Domino: convert field intelligence into product and commercial signals.

What they require

  • 4–8 years in an enterprise customer-facing discipline: implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product.
  • Background in life sciences is a meaningful advantage where reproducibility, auditability, and compliance are non-negotiable.
  • Comfortable reshaping customer asks into the right solution and operating under ambiguity.
  • Real delivery ownership across full cycles, not just coordination.
  • Technically fluent across software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems; able to get hands-on when needed.
