Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Delivery Lead to join our growing team in Boston,MA area. The person in this role will lead strategy and decision-making for the Delivery team on all assigned contracts. Having accountability for program execution, this person will directly manage relationships with utility clients and program partners while working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that we continually meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. A proven track record of project management, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction are keys to success. This position will be highly visible within the organization and plays a critical role in our expansion in the Northeast region. Duties and Responsibilities Program Leadership Lead & manage multiple large-scale programs from conception through execution, ensuring compliance with budget constraints and timelines. Monitor & evaluate program performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements through Quarterly Business Reviews, and regular client touchpoints. Accountable for owning the commercial terms of each assigned client; managing scope & pricing within contractual bounds. Assist with business development initiatives, including but not limited to proposal content review, interview preparation and presentation. Stakeholder Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, external partners, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and community organizations. Communicate clearly about program initiatives, performance metrics, and tactical updates. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience. Project Coordination Take initiative to proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges head-on. Lead cross-functional cohorts through process improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery of milestones by managing resources effectively. Reporting & Analysis Create and maintain reports for clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure visibility into program data. Describe the data accurately, with clear takeaways and recommendations. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Requirements BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. 5+ years in direct client-facing roles requiring (can be business development, program implementation, or account management setting). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to tailor communications style to audiences across all organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Fastidious attention to detail is a must. Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders. Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $90,000 - $96,000 per year. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
