About the Role TeleMed2U is seeking an experienced, patient-centered Endocrinologist to join our growing virtual specialty care team in a full-time capacity. This fully remote opportunity allows you to deliver high-quality, evidence-based, longitudinal endocrine care through an innovative telehealth platform while enjoying a healthy work-life balance. What You Will Do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via video visits to adult patients with a broad range of general endocrinology conditions, including but not limited to: Complex diabetes management and Disorders of the thyroid, pituitary, adrenal glands Bone metabolism Lipid and calcium disorders Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies Provide clinical oversight and supervision for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), as applicable Document all patient encounters accurately and timely within the EMR- AdvMD Collaborate with other specialists and care team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Maintain compliance with TeleMed2U clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completed fellowship training in Endocrinology Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology Active, unrestricted medical license in CA, additional licenses or IMLC a plus Open to license expansion DEA license in good standing Experience or interest in APP supervision/mentoring Comfortable providing care in a telehealth environment Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care Position Highlights Competitive base salary with quarterly bonus opportunity based on RVUs and patient satisfaction (NPS) Full-Time (FTE) role with 37 clinical hours per week 100% remote telehealth practice Malpractice coverage provided Administrative and clinical support to reduce non-clinical workload Established telehealth infrastructure and technology Opportunity to expand access to specialty endocrinology care nationwide Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Employee assistance program Malpractice coverage Monday – Friday schedule, no on call Fully supported telehealth infrastructure TeleMed2U is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace that is inclusive and free of discrimination.
