What you'll do

  • Establish brand and design consistency - own the voice, tone, and visual formatting for customer-facing materials, including proposals, contracts, project plans, attestations, and reports.
  • Audit external deliverable quality - review templated and custom customer-facing content to ensure complete parity between what Workstreet sells, delivers, and communicates.
  • Execute customer email marketing - drive light demand generation initiatives by managing asset creation and targeted email outreach for current customer accounts.
  • Align cross-functional brand identity - partner with Sales, Marketing, and HR to ensure external assets, website copy, and internal communications strictly reflect Workstreet standards.
  • Guide practical training programs - influence the design of role-relevant training curricula for customer-facing teams, tracking completion, certifications, and operational effectiveness.
  • Embed operational guidance and SOPs - translate internal policy changes into actionable workflows, templates, and training materials while monitoring adherence across teams.
  • Optimize operational workflows and AI agents - oversee revenue tools and leverage Agentic AI to automate asset formatting and maintain strict template governance.
  • Support internal communications - dedicate capacity to reviewing and polishing high-visibility internal announcements, newsletters, and stakeholder presentations.

What they require

  • 3+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, or related go-to-market functions in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable taking full operational ownership of the enablement function as an individual authority without direct supervisory responsibilities.
  • Possess a sharp eye for visual formatting, tone, and design detail, with the immediate ability to identify and correct off-brand content.
  • Proactive communicator skilled at collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and HR to align messaging and elevate quality.
  • Experienced in executing targeted customer email campaigns with general CRM familiarity and light demand generation instincts.
  • Comfortable working across tools like Google Workspace, Notion, HubSpot, Juro, and Canva, with practical experience utilizing Agentic AI workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders across global teams.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office environment that supports confidential conversations, virtual interviews, and uninterrupted collaboration.
  • Commitment to working a standard schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (ET) to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners while ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities as needed.
  • Candidates must participate in live video interviews throughout the hiring process with camera on (non-negotiable) and be prepared to verify their identity during recruitment and onboarding.
