What you'll do

  • Investigate and manage employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Develop and implement policies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the legal department on handling issues related to employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and workshops on employee relations issues to foster better communication and improve employee morale.
  • Assess employee morale and satisfaction through surveys and interviews.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Employee Relations Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an international organization.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in other European languages, including Polish and Spanish, would be a significant benefit.
