What you'll do

  • Support sales, scoping, and business development for AI solutions in the UKI region, including delivering technical workshops to elicit use cases and elaborate solution architectures.
  • Build interpersonal relationships with other Red Hat teams and serve as a trusted advisor to major UKI customers.
  • Develop new reusable consulting solutions addressing common customer AI use cases and enable regional consulting teams on their deployment.
  • Act as lead architect on AI consulting projects with authority over design, implementation, and commissioning of complex AI systems.
  • Support Go-To-Market motions for Red Hat AI professional services.

What they require

  • 5+ Years of experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or related role, ideally within a consulting services organisation or services division of a software vendor.
  • Demonstrable experience with predictive and generative AI models, model training, fine-tuning and alignment, MLOps, model evaluation, model serving and MaaS, drift, bias, and explainability, model guardrails, agentic harnesses, and model metrics/observability.
  • Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes/Openshift and the Kubernetes ecosystem within large-scale production environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales or supporting the sales of professional services, including developing statements of work, pricing and large-scale proposals.
  • Professional fluency in English; willingness and ability to travel within the UKI region.
