What you'll do

  • Design and develop electrical hardware for the next generation of the Road Power Plant.
  • Create electrical schematics, select components and design high quality PCB layouts.
  • Perform simulations, laboratory testing, debugging and system validation.
  • Develop prototypes and support the transition into serial production.
  • Integrate sensors, actuators and control units into the overall product architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, hydraulic, software and physics teams to solve interdisciplinary engineering challenges.
  • Support real world testing and continuously improve hardware performance under practical operating conditions.
  • Optimize existing electrical systems with a strong focus on reliability, manufacturability and scalability.
  • Contribute to future controller generations and electrical architectures for international deployment.

What they require

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field (equivalent practical experience welcome).
  • At least 2 years of hands on experience in electrical hardware development, electronic product development or comparable engineering roles.
  • Experience developing electrical systems from concept through production readiness.
  • Strong knowledge of PCB design, circuit development, component selection and system integration.
  • Experience with testing, validation and debugging of electronic systems.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and thrive in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • German is considered an advantage.
