What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain the eDiscovery curriculum for internal audiences and external audiences
  • Deliver live training sessions and recorded modules covering Syllo's eDiscovery application
  • Develop enablement content specifically suited for different user personas, accounting for differences in technical fluency, role responsibility, and daily workflow
  • Regularly update training materials to align with Syllo platform updates
  • Collaborate with the Instructional Designer on the production of scalable training assets
  • Identify eDiscovery adoption gaps across client accounts and recommend targeted training interventions to client account teams

What they require

  • 4+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology, with direct hands-on experience managing data through the EDRM lifecycle
  • Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, Nuix, or similar
  • Experience developing or delivering training, documentation, or enablement content for legal audiences
  • Familiarity with metadata structures, load files, processing parameters, and production specifications
  • Ability to explain technical eDiscovery concepts clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences
  • Comfort collaborating with engineering or product teams to track and interpret feature releases
