eCommerce Marketplace Operations Lead (Multi-Channel)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM EST. During the first 1–2 weeks of onboarding, a 9:00 AM EST start is preferred to allow for training and collaboration.

With over 20 years of product development experience, they provide easy-to-use liquid sealing solutions for roofs, foundations, driveways, decks, RVs, gutters, and other surfaces. Their products are designed to help homeowners and professionals complete durable waterproofing and repair projects with confidence, offering safe, non-toxic, VOC-free options that are available through their website and major retailers including Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketplace Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day execution of marketplace initiatives across Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Shopify, and other channels. This role will serve as the operational bridge between the Marketplace Manager and Marketplace Specialists, ensuring projects stay on track, priorities remain aligned, and work is delivered accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will manage and delegate work across the marketplace support team, review outputs for accuracy and completeness, analyze marketplace performance, and help identify the why behind results so the team can make better operational decisions. The role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management and marketplace knowledge with analytical thinking, process improvement, and people leadership.

This is a 100% remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketplace Operations: Strong understanding of multi-channel eCommerce operations and marketplace workflows
• Project & Priority Management: Coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies
• Team Leadership & Delegation: Manage Marketplace Specialists by assigning work, setting priorities, providing guidance, and supporting day-to-day execution
• Marketplace Performance Analysis: Investigate performance changes, analyze marketplace data and testing results, identify root causes, and recommend actionable next steps
• Quality & Execution Management: Reviews work for accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
• Team Leadership: Provides guidance, coaching, prioritization, and day-to-day support to Marketplace Specialists
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with Marketing, Creative, Inventory, Product, Customer Service, and Operations
• Process Improvement: Builds and improves SOPs, workflows, and operational efficiencies

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

MUST-HAVE

• 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or digital commerce
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and the ability to translate strategic priorities into executable work
• Strong experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a big-picture mindset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
• Exposure to Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Shopify, or similar marketplaces
• Experience using Asana or other project management tools
• Experience creating and improving SOPs and operational documentation
