The Early Careers Talent Attraction Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality early careers recruitment campaigns across graduate, intern and apprentice hiring. Working closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and client stakeholders, you'll help deliver a seamless recruitment process by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating assessment activities and ensuring every candidate receives an outstanding experience. You'll combine strong organizational skills, stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence to support successful recruitment campaigns while maintaining fairness, accuracy and consistency throughout the recruitment lifecycle. YOU WILL: - Deliver end-to-end recruitment activity across assigned Early Careers campaigns, partnering closely with Recruiters and client stakeholders. - Own candidate pipelines, ensuring applications progress efficiently while maintaining an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Screen applications, complete structured assessment scoring and produce high-quality longlists aligned to hiring requirements. - Manage recruitment assessments, including psychometric testing, video interviews and candidate progression through each stage. - Deliver timely, accurate and engaging communication to candidates, responding to queries and keeping candidates informed throughout their journey. - Manage Reasonable Adjustments and other compliance-related activities, ensuring a fair and inclusive recruitment process. - Produce recruitment reporting, monitor campaign progress and proactively identify pipeline risks or areas requiring attention. - Maintain accurate recruitment systems, documentation and tracking tools to support effective campaign delivery. - Build collaborative relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and wider stakeholders to ensure successful hiring outcomes. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the wider Talent Attraction team as required.
