What you'll do

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment activity across assigned Early Careers campaigns.
  • Own candidate pipelines, ensuring applications progress efficiently with great candidate experience.
  • Screen applications, complete structured assessment scoring and produce quality longlists.
  • Manage recruitment assessments, including psychometric testing, video interviews and candidate progression.
  • Deliver timely, accurate and engaging communication to candidates.
  • Manage Reasonable Adjustments and compliance activities for a fair, inclusive process.
  • Produce recruitment reporting and monitor campaign progress for pipeline risks.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment systems, documentation, and tracking tools.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the wider Talent Attraction team.
