We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Stylist to join our content team and own styling for BetterMe Store.
Your impact:
- Style product catalogs — build complete looks for new and existing collections, selecting accessories and adapting styling to each item.
- Design posing standards — build posing layouts and maintain a growing posing library.
- Own visual quality control — check materials against guidelines and give clear recommendations and briefs to AI creators.
- Research fashion trends — track competitors, fashion brands, and Pinterest for styling references.
- Build styling guidelines — covering styling, posing, colors, and accessory use.
- Prepare supporting materials — moodboards, reference selections, and styling compilations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally — with E-commerce, AI-content, design, content, and marketing teams to align catalog visuals with business goals.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial styling and fashion research.
- Confident working with Pinterest and fashion references.
- Skilled in building posing layouts and visual composition.
- Ability to develop and document styling guidelines.
- Strong fashion sense and up-to-date knowledge of trends.
- Excellent visual taste and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly justify styling decisions.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of tasks under tight deadlines.
- Structured, systematic approach to work.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with AI-generated catalogs.
