Ensure compliance with security protocols while protecting sensitive user data. Collaborate with international teams to maintain the high service standards expected in Dutch-speaking jobs. Requirements Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written). Valid EU passport (mandatory). Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred, ideally within the streaming or tech sector. Strong digital literacy and familiarity with modern smart TV and mobile streaming applications. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and resolve complex user issues with empathy.
