Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers of a leading energy producer and supplier. Manage incoming inquiries regarding energy billing, contract renewals, and account modifications with precision. Advise clients on energy efficiency solutions and sustainable power options tailored to their needs. Resolve technical queries or supply issues related to electricity and gas services in a professional manner. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information on energy market updates. Maintain detailed customer records within the CRM to ensure a seamless service experience in the energy industry. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve service delivery for our clients. Requirements Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written). Valid EU passport or valid Greek work permit. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude toward client relations in the energy sector. Proven ability to adapt to remote work environments while maintaining productivity. Prior experience in a client-facing or advisory role is highly valued for this position.
