Assist users with technical security configurations, software installations, and identity protection protocols. Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents and customer inquiries within our advanced CRM system. Collaborate with international cybersecurity teams to stay updated on the latest industry trends and threat landscapes. Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient communication to maintain high levels of customer trust and satisfaction. Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity support processes by identifying recurring technical issues. Requirements Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory. Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece. Proven interest in the cybersecurity industry and digital safety technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and a technical aptitude for software troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and a proficient level of English.
