What you'll do

  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue quotas through direct sales and strategic channel partnerships.
  • Represent full product portfolio with deep product knowledge and premium pricing commitment.
  • Develop and execute annual territory forecasts and business plans.
  • Attend and contribute to local and regional trade shows to build brand visibility and customer relationships.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, pricing trends, and market dynamics to optimize sales strategy and profitability.
  • Craft persuasive proposals, reports, and correspondence.
  • Submit monthly forecasts, business updates, and travel itineraries to the Director of Sales.
  • Lead and manage external partners (distributors, dealers, agents).

What they require

  • 2–3 years of proven sales success (medical device experience strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent required
  • Domestic travel: 50–60%, including regular overnight stays
  • Must be able to travel commercially across the U.S.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, prospecting approach
  • Ability to lead and manage external partners (distributors, dealers, agents)
  • Solid understanding of the medical equipment market and sales cycle
