What you'll do

  • Dispatch towing and roadside assistance calls using Towbook.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely service.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and law enforcement.
  • Monitor job status and provide real-time updates.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement for accident scenes and police-initiated towing.
  • Prioritize calls and manage multiple dispatch requests efficiently.

What they require

  • Proven experience as a dispatcher for a U.S.-based towing company.
  • Strong working knowledge of Towbook.
  • Experience handling police towing, accident calls, and law enforcement coordination.
  • Familiarity with coordinating with police units on standby when required for towing operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (for remote positions).
  • Preferred: Experience with roadside assistance and accident management.
  • Preferred: Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
