About the Position: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Director of Utility Delivery & Coordination to be responsible for ensuring that utility energization milestones are achieved on schedule across the Cologix portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Energy Strategy Officer, this role serves as the primary liaison between internal project teams, external utility providers, and consultants and contractors, driving accountability, identifying risks, and ensuring projects are positioned for successful and timely energization.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary liaison between internal project teams, external utility providers, consultants and contractors to drive utility energization.
- Ensure utility energization milestones are achieved on schedule across the Cologix portfolio.
- Drive accountability, identify risks, and position projects for successful and timely energization.
- Understand and follow Cologix information security, cybersecurity, privacy, and environmental management policies and standards.
- Ensure conformance with requirements of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
- Remain vigilant and report any information security or environmental incidents, vulnerabilities, risks, or non-conformities.
- Actively participate in efforts to maintain and improve information security and environmental performance.
What they require
- Experienced in utility delivery and coordination for large infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with utilities, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Proven experience driving accountability and identifying/mitigating risks to achieve energization milestones.
- Ability to work across a portfolio of data center projects.
- Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
