Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia The Director of Training & Enablement is responsible for shaping how customers, partners, and employees learn, adopt, and drive outcome improvement through the Arcadia platform. This role operates as the highest-level authority for product and domain training strategy and education at Arcadia, driving programmatic rigor, influencing go-to-market strategy impacting both sales and existing customer experience, and ensuring enablement directly supports customer onboarding outcomes, product adoption, and measurable performance results. This individual will lead Arcadia’s most complex training initiatives including new product education, serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders across Product, Customer Success, Growth and clinical leadership, and elevate enablement standards across the organization. Given the breadth of the role — spanning new customer onboarding, asynchronous learning infrastructure, product release readiness, internal team enablement, and certification programs — this position requires deep health IT domain expertise including Value-Based Care knowledge, instructional design acumen, strong operational discipline, and the ability to build and lead in a high-growth environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this role will lead education and be responsible for customer, partner and employee product competency. Healthcare technology is at an inflection point, and this role will be challenged to ensure that Arcadia’s customers are brought forward into work that leverages interoperability and automation. Training and Enablement (Medical Economics expert), you will leverage your extensive, operational, experience in medical economics to tangibly shape some of our newest customer programs. Your expertise in value-based care, medical economics, including risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, contract forecasting, will directly impact the effectiveness of our training programs, and customer adoption strategies.
What Success Looks Like In 3 months Develop a deep understanding of the Arcadia platform, product roadmap, and existing training assets and gaps Establish relationships and credibility with key stakeholders across Product, Growth, Customer Success and Implementation Complete an audit of current customer onboarding and training programs, identify product training gaps, inventory educational delivery modes and deliver a prioritized enablement roadmap Define KPI’s for the Learning and Enablement area Begin embedding into the product release cycle to deliver training readiness In 6 months
What you'll do
