What you'll do

  • Shape how employees, managers and leaders experience performance, talent decisions and career growth across the organization.
  • Lead the evolution of NIQ's performance and growth ecosystem.
  • Connect performance management, talent reviews, development planning, succession, career growth and Workday capabilities into a more integrated and effective employee experience.
  • Help NIQ create a more connected and effective approach to talent strategy, performance and growth.
  • Strengthen how managers and employees set goals, have meaningful development conversations, explore growth opportunities, and make informed talent decisions.
  • Create stronger alignment between performance, capability building, succession planning, career development, and workforce needs.
  • Help Talent & Development embrace more product-oriented, data-informed, and AI-enabled ways of working, creating experiences that are simpler, more valuable, and easier to adopt.
  • Help build a culture where performance and development work together to drive individual growth, organizational capability, and business results.
  • Lead the evolution of NIQ’s performance and growth approach, ensuring it advances both employee development and business performance.
  • Connect performance, development, talent reviews, succession planning, and career growth into a more integrated talent ecosystem.
  • Translate Talent & Development priorities into practical plans, adoption strategies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Align performance practices with leadership development, succession planning, internal mobility, and workforce capability priorities.
  • Strengthen talent review and succession processes by improving how performance, potential, and development insights are captured and used.
  • Enable scalable, digital talent experiences.
  • Partner with Tech Delivery/Enterprise IT and Workday teams to optimize performance and talent management processes.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, self-service, and digital tools to improve performance, development, and talent experiences.
  • Strengthen manager effectiveness by improving how managers lead performance, coaching, development, and talent conversations.
  • Design practical enablement strategies, resources, and learning experiences that build confidence and consistency across the organization.

What they require

  • 8+ years of progressive experience across Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, Leadership Development, or related disciplines.
  • Extensive experience with Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities, using talent data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Meaningful experience designing and leading performance, talent or development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, leadership development, and workforce capability building.
  • Strong product mindset, with the ability to design for both employee needs and enterprise outcomes, make deliberate trade-offs and continuously improve solutions based on evidence and feedback.
  • Experienced knowledge of AI-enabled ways of working, digital talent experiences, workforce analytics or employee-facing technologies.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent execution discipline, adaptability and change leadership capabilities.
