What you'll do

  • Ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Create significant value through leadership of key programs that directly contribute to the company's continued growth and success in serving science globally.

What they require

  • Advanced Degree plus 10 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 12 years of progressive project/program management experience in complex organizations.
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt ideal).
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives and change management programs in a consultative environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities and leadership communication skills.
  • Experience developing and supporting successful teams.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, preferably life sciences or healthcare.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence through collaboration.
  • Proficiency with project management software and MS Office suite.
  • Travel may be required by role (typically 20-30%).
  • Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
