What you'll do
- Lead project management efforts and refine ways of working.
- Collaborate with various disciplines and clients to ensure deliverable requirements are met.
- Manage change and risk to deliver high-quality products.
- Oversee a number of hybrid client/Huge teams and assess change and risk management.
- Manage and set client expectations to ensure satisfaction of clients and internal team members.
- Manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams.
- Command project management processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and manage fellow employees, fostering talent and leading by example.
- Focus on goals and solutions that impact individual work streams and the program as a whole.
What they require
- Extensive experience structuring, leading, and growing several, multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements with parallel and interconnected work streams and teams.
- Regularly lead strategic discussions & presentations to clients.
- Worked in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects).
- Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle.
- Knowledge of web development technologies and emerging technologies including AR/VR, voice and AI.
- Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
- Proven leadership, mentorship, and ability to motivate teams.
- Represent program management within account teams and take an active role in growth and mentorship of the department.
