What you'll do

  • Designing and leading a comprehensive, phase-appropriate training strategy to support highly specialized Medical and Commercial field teams responsible for commercializing miv-cel and other pipeline assets.
  • Build a training infrastructure that ensures Medical and Commercial teams are scientifically rigorous, operationally fluent, and compliant in highly regulated, chain-of-identity–dependent treatment models.
  • Establish scalable onboarding, certification, and continuous capability development programs that integrate clinical science, CMC fundamentals, and post-marketing surveillance obligations unique to advanced therapies.
