What you'll do

  • Lead worldwide tax provision: redesign ASC 740 workpapers, implement software solution, manage quarterly/annual provisions, prepare consolidated reporting, oversee uncertain tax positions, valuation allowances, tax account reconciliations, ETR analysis, and liaison with auditors
  • Lead federal tax reporting & compliance: own consolidated US income tax returns, lead IRS audits, ensure governance and controls
  • Shape tax strategy & planning: model GILTI/FDII/BEAT, support acquisitions, restructurings, financing, identify planning opportunities, evaluate tax law changes
  • Lead a team: mentor direct reports, promote technical excellence, support succession planning

What they require

  • CPA and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive tax experience
  • Significant experience within a multinational corporation
  • Deep expertise in ASC 740, consolidated return compliance, federal tax planning, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credits
  • Proven experience leading teams and partnering with executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills
