What you'll do

  • Design, build, and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp time.
  • Develop ongoing training programs, certifications, learning paths, coaching resources, and sales enablement content to strengthen product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Analyze conversion, win/loss, and retention data; review call recordings to surface best practices and turn them into repeatable playbooks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and others to enable product launches and improve customer outcomes.
  • Own or co-own enablement tooling and maintain sales enablement content, playbooks, presentations, and knowledge resources.

What they require

  • Prior experience carrying an individual sales quota or serving in a consultative customer-facing role.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing revenue role and/or Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, or related GTM function.
  • Experience designing and scaling enablement programs that improve onboarding, sales readiness, product adoption, or customer experience.
  • Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Experience, and executive leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and customer feedback to measure impact and identify opportunities.
