No BS summary

Product marketing/content director with 8+ years in B2B SaaS, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and leadership-level ownership. Must have hands-on AI workflows for research, content, analysis, and GTM execution. SaaS scale-up, multi-product/platform positioning, and market intelligence experience are required.

What you'll do

  • Own the "One Platform. One Login." narrative and evolve it across every GTM channel, ensuring the platform is understood and preferred in the market.
  • Set go-to-market strategy for the full portfolio, including positioning for the Sales Bundle vs. Business Bundle land-and-expand motion.
  • Lead the integration narrative across SalesRabbit, Roofle, RoofLink, and adjacent products, unifying a multi-product ecosystem into one coherent story.
  • Build and scale SalesRabbit's product marketing engine, including positioning, messaging, launch strategy, sales enablement, and content strategy, ensuring every customer-facing asset supports revenue growth.
  • Establish repeatable Voice of Customer programs, including customer interviews, advisory conversations, and market discovery.
  • Own ongoing win/loss analysis and translate customer, competitive, and field insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
  • Partner with Product to validate positioning, messaging, and customer value before major roadmap investments and launches.
  • Lead and mentor a small Product Marketing and Content team, serving as a player-coach who balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Own competitive positioning and define pricing, packaging, and ROI narratives aligned to roofing economics.
  • Prioritize Product Marketing resources across launches, strategic initiatives, competitive needs, and content development to maximize business impact.
  • Own editorial strategy across product marketing content, ensuring blogs, customer stories, launch assets, sales content, thought leadership, and educational resources reinforce a consistent market narrative.
  • Build and run a living market intelligence engine that synthesizes win/loss data, buyer sentiment, competitive movement, and field feedback into strategic recommendations leadership can act on.
  • Embed AI into Product Marketing operating systems, from customer research and competitive intelligence to messaging development, sales enablement, and commercialization, creating repeatable workflows that improve speed, consistency, and decision quality.
  • Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX around a shared, scalable GTM playbook, and serve as the internal voice of the roofer and operator.
  • Anticipate gaps in positioning, adoption, or sales execution before they surface in performance metrics, and close them proactively.

What they require

  • 8+ years in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS, including experience owning GTM strategy and sales enablement at a leadership or functional-ownership level.
  • Experience building or significantly transforming Product Marketing functions in high-growth SaaS companies, including creating operating rhythms, commercialization frameworks, and market intelligence systems, not simply inheriting mature organizations.
  • Track record of measurable impact on pipeline, win rates, or product adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product complexity into revenue messaging.
  • AI-first operator: repeatable, practical use of AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, analysis, and go-to-market execution, with real workflows you can walk through.
  • Experience with multi-product or platform positioning.
  • Experience in SaaS scale-ups.
  • Strong pattern recognition and signal synthesis: you spot shifts in the market before they show up in the numbers.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence Sales leadership and cross-functional executives.
  • Demonstrated success personally leading customer discovery, competitive research, and market validation efforts that influenced commercialization strategy or product direction.
  • Preferred: Experience building Product Marketing from the ground up or leading a significant organizational transformation of the function.
  • Preferred: Experience in roofing, home services, or field sales environments.
  • Preferred: Experience integrating multiple products, including acquisitions, into a unified platform story.
  • Preferred: Experience building or scaling a product marketing function from an early stage.
  • Active curiosity: seek root causes before proposing solutions and stay ahead of industry trends and tools.
  • Grit and scrappiness: roll up your sleeves on hard, ambiguous, unglamorous work and build functions, systems, messaging, and operating models before asking for additional headcount or resources.
  • Extreme ownership: take accountability for outcomes, proactively communicate blockers, and deliver with minimal oversight.
  • Bias toward impact: measure success by business outcome, not effort, and course-correct fast and without ego.
  • Team-first collaboration: listen to understand, give credit generously, push back when something is wrong to protect the outcome, and create clarity where none exists.
