An international fintech platform combining traditional banking and blockchain is launching a premium Lifestyle & Travel marketplace for high-net-worth audiences with wellness at its core. The team seeks a Director of Marketplace to build this vertical from the ground up with full ownership of the business line.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate current and potential partners and define the optimal marketplace ecosystem
- Build a shortlist of suppliers and own integration decisions
- Launch the Lifestyle marketplace together with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
- Establish operational processes and partner workflows from scratch
- Build and scale the Lifestyle team as the business grows
- Own the commercial success and long-term development of the Lifestyle business
🔑 Requirements:
- Experience in Travel, Wellness, Lifestyle, or similar consumer products
- Hands-on experience launching a new product, business line, or marketplace from zero (startup or large company)
- Strong commercial mindset and experience building partnerships with external providers
- Ability to work independently, build processes from scratch, and make decisions with minimal guidance
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support teams
