What you'll do

  • Develop and implement the individual giving strategy as part of the annual BU fundraising strategy and oversee program integration across philanthropy and TNC.
  • Broad management responsibility for three or more professional fundraising staff: mentoring, training, setting objectives, and holding direct reports accountable to fundraising metrics.
  • Establish metrics for fundraisers, track fundraising metrics/measures and lead indicators of progress including PbD Continuum and Pipeline Expansion Program.
  • Manage a portfolio (15–30) of new and current donors: identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward prospects/donors and make direct asks for global and local priorities.
  • Lead enhancement of systems and tools used by the team (including new AI tools), develop/administer budgets, ensure legal and ethical compliance, and partner with Director of Philanthropy Operations on donor messaging and engagement.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years related experience.
  • Applicant location requirements: United States of America.
  • Experience managing and supervising a multidisciplinary or geographically dispersed fundraising team.
  • Experience in planning and delivering budgetary responsibilities and implementing multiple projects and strategic goals across complex organizations.
  • Valid driver’s license and completion of a Vehicle Use Agreement (employment contingent upon background screening).
