Fliff Pick’Em provides another vertical for our players to engage with the games they enjoy. The Role: We are seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to join our Legal Team and help design, implement, and optimize our compliance function across all Fliff verticals. As Fliff expands its product ecosystem, this role will oversee our core gaming compliance and also lead compliance strategies for our upcoming prediction market initiatives (CFTC frameworks) and robust consumer protection standards (FTC compliance). This role will report to our Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and will serve as Fliff’s senior compliance lead. You will have direct responsibility for regulator engagement and compliance strategy.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and optimize the compliance function across all Fliff verticals.
- Oversee core gaming compliance and lead compliance strategies for upcoming prediction market initiatives (CFTC frameworks) and robust consumer protection standards (FTC compliance).
- Report to the Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and serve as Fliff's senior compliance lead.

Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.
