What you'll do

  • Define positioning and category narrative for the offering — messaging, segmentation, and customer-facing content.
  • Set pilot pricing and design a scalable pricing/packaging model; adjust based on pilot data.
  • Act as voice of the customer to Product; shape roadmap for next 12–24 months.
  • Own business outcomes: revenue, pipeline health, customer outcomes, and commercial trajectory.
  • Personally take the first three-plus pilots from conversation to signed agreement, navigating legal and compliance.
  • Work daily with Product, Legal, Insights & Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial to earn alignment.
  • Establish proof with three or more pilots in the first six months and build a GTM playbook by month nine.
  • Hand off playbook to commercial team for year-two scale and lock/practice the pricing model.

What they require

  • Most of your career has been in pharma at a consulting, technology, data, or media company serving pharma clients.
  • Current relationships among brand marketers, HCP leads, innovation directors, or executives; active pharma network.
  • Understanding of DTC, HCP, market access, compliance, procurement, and innovation budgets.
  • Track record of launching something new from idea to first deal to rollout — positioned, priced, sold, shipped, and made successful.
  • Experience pricing a new offering and adjusting based on pilot data.
  • Comfortable navigating conversations with mixed stakeholders including legal and compliance.
  • Specialty pharma experience preferred over primary care.
  • Public credibility in the category — speaker at MM&M, DTC National, ePharma Summit, or comparable.
  • Currently in a company serving pharma (not someone who left years ago).
