What you'll do

  • Build, manage, and develop a team of GTM Field Effectiveness Managers covering sales, customer success, professional services, and partner channels
  • Set priorities, operating cadence, and the quality bar for field-facing programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enablement needs across field leadership teams
  • Translate go-to-market strategy into field execution and take ownership of activating programs
  • Lead adoption of AI-assisted selling, coaching, and productivity practices at the field level
  • Own field communications, training programming, and content for each GTM segment
  • Represent field-level needs in learning program design with the Learning & Skills team
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and professional services leadership to align on capability gaps and prioritize accordingly
  • Represent the GTM enablement function in executive conversations

What they require

  • 7+ years in go-to-market-facing roles with a foundation in sales or customer success
  • 3+ years in enablement leadership with direct people management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of building go-to-market methodology across multiple GTM segments (sales, customer success, services, or partners)
  • An AI-native mindset and experience putting AI-driven GTM practices into practice
  • Strong program architecture skills: design frameworks, build content, operationalize rollouts, and measure impact
  • Clear, executive-level communication skills and ability to influence without authority across complex, matrixed organizations
  • A data-literate approach, using performance metrics for prioritization
