What you'll do

  • Oversee and evolve Cloud Service Provider (CSP), Referral, CYBERFORCE and Rewards Incentives Programs to drive partner engagement and value.
  • Model and elevate team AI fluency and implement AI-driven workflows to increase operational efficiency and program capacity.
  • Ensure incentive, rewards, and recognition structures align with partner strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead ecosystem integration for mergers and acquisitions, serving as primary lead for large integration tracks.
  • Partner with analytics and operations to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making and program improvements.
  • Manage cross-functional steering committee to align stakeholders and accelerate initiative delivery.
  • Own multi-year strategic ecosystem program roadmap and liaise with Ecosystems Strategy for operational alignment.
  • Serve as lead integration point into New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure ecosystem needs are incorporated.

What they require

  • 8+ years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, sales programs, or related business operations roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or cloud environments.
  • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Administration or similar field or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage automation, analytics, and modern AI productivity technologies to improve operational scalability and efficiency.
  • Proven track record designing, building, and launching programs for indirect routes to market.
  • Experience in data analytics or consulting is a plus.
