What you'll do

  • Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the very best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.
  • Drive proactive account growth, focusing on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals.
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies for the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver tailor-made solutions.
  • Work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process, executing every aspect from prospecting to closing deals and beyond.
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
  • Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to pursue and conquer new deals.
  • Own the account P&L, take charge of customer satisfaction, and ensure account compliance.

What they require

  • 5+ years experience running account P&L
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
