What you'll do

  • Prioritize and implement technical solutions in Workday Financials to meet business needs, translating functional needs into scalable, repeatable and automated solutions that leverage AI and emerging technologies.
  • Project manage implementation of new features and enhancements across configuration, testing, deployment, and change management; engage and manage external consultants as needed.
  • Maintain and optimize Workday Financials modules, own business process enhancements, monitor KPIs, and proactively correct technical problems.
  • Design and execute comprehensive reporting and dashboard solutions across Workday Financials, Adaptive, and Strategic Sourcing (and supplemental tools such as Tableau or Power BI).
  • Develop and maintain finance product roadmaps in collaboration with Finance leadership, SMEs, and Technology and provide status updates to Leadership.

What they require

  • At least five to eight years working in finance operations, with at least three years specifically in Workday Financials.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Procurement, and Expense modules within Workday Financials and with Adaptive Planning and Strategic Sourcing.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times a year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business. Preferred: Workday Financials and/or Adaptive Planning certification.
