Director-level product operations leader to own delivery and release management and UAT across multiple product teams. Requires 5+ years in product operations/product management in digital product or SaaS, strong experience with release management and UAT, and authorization to work in the United States. Remote - USA role aligned to core EST hours; travel 5–7 times/year.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive adoption of the release management process across Product, Technology, and GTM teams.
  • Own end-to-end release management for Digital Product (feature intake through post-launch review) across SAT Suite, AP, CLEP, ACCUPLACER, and Bluebook platform releases.
  • Own and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Digital Product platform; design, plan, execute, and track UAT and serve as the quality gate before launch.
  • Maintain the integrated release calendar, UAT schedules, and release readiness trackers; surface cross-team dependencies, milestone risks, and capacity constraints.
  • Participate in quarterly planning to resolve cross-team dependencies and provide leadership with narrative-synthesized visibility into delivery progress and risks.

What they require

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations or product management within a digital product or SaaS environment, with a strong focus on delivery and release management.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Demonstrated experience owning release management and UAT processes across multiple concurrent product teams.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile delivery practices and product management tooling and a track record of improving how teams use them.
  • Ability to travel 5-7 times a year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business.
