The Director – Compliance Operations is perfect for an experienced compliance professional who enjoys building departmental ways of working and best practices. The successful candidate will partner with the Senior Compliance Team to ensure the Hard Rock Digital Compliance Team runs as effectively and efficiently as possible, thereby assisting the entire organisation stay compliant. Key Responsibilities Reviewing existing departmental tools, researching and recommending alternatives or additional tools to drive best practices. Project managing implementation of new tools. Review, enhance and curate all departmental knowledge resources including compliance intranet, manuals, SOPs, and business facing guides. Coordinate departmental training programs and offsites and, if appropriate, deliver training. Coordinate in-person regulatory training for other departments. Assist with the maintenance and dissemination of regulatory policies. Maintain list of key departmental risks, working with ERM personnel to ensure compliance risk are properly recorded and managed. What are we looking for? You must have significant experience working in compliance roles, ideally in online gaming. Experience of building ERM programs a distinct benefit. Excellent knowledge of third-party compliance tools, JIRA and Confluence. You must have the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
