What you'll do

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive analytics and reporting strategy that ties directly to business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and departments to understand their goals, pain points, and reporting needs; facilitate prioritization of work / initiatives.
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards that make complex data intuitive and actionable.
  • Guide analysts and developers on best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization; foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee data collection, validation, and integrity; run analytics projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.

What they require

  • 7+ years in analytics or data analysis, including experience working directly with business stakeholders to identify and solve reporting needs.
  • A track record of leading projects (and ideally, people) from idea to impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate); familiarity with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps; solid grasp of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Preferred: Healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM) experience.
