What you'll do

  • Perform billable consulting work and lead 340B advisory services.
  • Provide leadership by driving engagement results, managing client relationships, engagement resources, deliverables, implementation, risks, issues, logistics and project economics.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff; manage staff assigned to projects.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on 340B program optimization; conduct audits and ensure optimization strategies are audit-ready.
  • Participate in sales and business development activities including sales calls, RFP responses, orals, and statements of work preparation.
  • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects and generate billings revenue by leading engagements.
  • Analyze purchasing data to maximize savings and revenue while ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures regarding 340B patient eligibility, provider eligibility, and drug dispensing.
  • Ensure accurate, timely registration of covered entities and child sites in HRSA 340B OPAIS database.
  • Report on financial performance and program metrics to leadership.
  • Execute and oversee data analyses, quality assurance on deliverables, and develop presentations for client audiences.
  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and profitability; participate in risk and issue identification and mitigation.
  • Actively listen for market opportunities and contribute to sales presentation deliverables.
  • Complete required annual training and aid in developing practice training materials.

What they require

  • 7 or more years of applicable experience.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy operations, 340B compliance, or revenue cycle management, often in a hospital or health system.
  • Understanding of 340B regulations, Prime Vendor Program, and split-billing software systems.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, perform audits, and translate complex regulations into operational workflows.
  • Ability to oversee and quality assure analytics and mentor others in delivery of client deliverables.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; PharmD highly preferred.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree; Pharmacy Residency; PMP/Lean Certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with legal, compliance, and pharmacy teams.
  • Detail-oriented for managing intricate compliance audits and data mapping.
  • Ability to travel 81-100% within the US.
